Take Interstate 275 from Tampa Airport to Interstate 75, follow signs to Saint Leo University. Go past the University and the next turn will Lake Jovita.
Enter Lake Jovita thru the guard gate. Stop at the gate wherestaff will provide you a pass for the length of your stay.
Please find the maps to the Villa as well as the parking area in the messaging app from where you reserved or refer back to here.
Please load and unload in the drive only and take the cart back and forth to the parking area. ;0) It's fun to drive. No more than one car in the drive at one time.Please know golf balls do come into the yard and can hit a vehicle sitting in the drive.

Our Story
During our visits to Lake Jovita to watch our son's lacrosse games at Saint Leo University, we stayed at several villas and grew fond of the community. Witnessing the area's development, we decided to become a part of it. Our journey to homeownership in Florida, led us to acquire a villa from a couple who desired to return annually for golf with their friends in Lake Jovita. This is how a couple from Washington state, found our place in the sunny state of Florida.
