During our visits to Lake Jovita to watch our son's lacrosse games at Saint Leo University, we stayed at several villas and grew fond of the community. Witnessing the area's development, we decided to become a part of it. Our journey to homeownership in Florida, led us to acquire a villa from a couple who desired to return annually for golf with their friends in Lake Jovita. This is how a couple from Washington state, found our place in the sunny state of Florida.

Our Villa

Enjoy the stunning view of the South course's 18th green with the picturesque Lake Jovita as the backdrop. The kitchen is fully equipped, making meal preparation a breeze. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub, separate shower, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds. A gas grill is provided on the lanai for outdoor cooking. The main living spaces comprise a dining room, an eat-in kitchen, and a living room with a large TV. A brand-new golf cart is available for convenient transportation within the development, complementing the short five-minute walk to the Pro Shop, Clubhouse, and Villa parking. All these amenities come with complimentary parking and are situated within a secure gated community, with the Clubhouse and various dining options just a stroll away.

Patti - May 2024   If you're reading this review, BOOK IT NOW before it's gone! This property is absolutely beyond 5 stars! We have stayed in many different Airbnb's/VRBO's/etc in this area (as well as many other places) and this one tops the charts in EVERY aspect! Whatever your reason is for being in the area, book this home because once the word gets it out about this gem it will get snapped up fast! Extremely convenient to Saint Leo University; you can literally drive the golf cart to the campus; and on an immaculately amazing golf course! You just aren't going to find anything better than this home. The host Teresa went out of her way to provide everything you could possibly need and then some! Our stay was hands down the best experience we have ever had in EVERY way and we hope to be able to stay here again if we are in the area again. Thank you Teresa (and Chris) for being exemplary hosts in every way!
